Game Art: Olivier Griem's "Games ver. 1.1" solo exhibition (July 15 - August 4 2013, 0 Gallery, Seoul, Corea)
Oliver Griem (b. 1964) was born in Germany but lives and works in South Corea. He "is part media artist, part professor of arts" at Hongik University in the visual communication design department - for more information, check out his 2012 TedTalkX performance. Several of his videos and interactive installations revolve around the practice of playing (consider, for instance, Shadowplay, 2004). This video is part of the documentation of Griem's new solo show at Gallery 0 in Seoul, South Corea, Games ver. 1.1. Ah, the allure of 3D printing!
