Game Art: Kael Greco's "Game Lives" series (2008-2009)
"Kael Greco is an M.F.A candidate and researcher at the California Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technology at the University of California-San Diego. His artistic/research practice combines information design, experimental geography, and urban studies, exploring space and its representation through computation; how cities, territories, landforms are processed and understood as datasets. Kael Greco holds Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to his involvement at Calit2, Kael worked as a developer/content-creator at the Division of Information Technology at UW-Madison on the Croquet Project: an operating system for the post-browser Internet - a multi-platform, open-source, extensible, decentralized, peer-to-peer, 3D authoring space" (USCD)
