Event: "ALT.CTRL" exhibition (March 19-21 2014, San Francisco)
The mighty IndieGames blog has recently announced that the Game Developers Conference 2014 organizers have selected fourteen teams for the debut of ALT.CTRL.GDC, "an on-site exhibit of alternative control schemes and interactions, including the Oculus Rift and AKAI LPD8 paired Please Don't, Spacedog!, caterpillar sim Roflpillar, and 16-button arcade stick-controlled Tenya Wanya Teens, co-created by Katamari Damacy director Keita Takahashi." Sounds absolutely terrific. The full line-up is available here. ALT.CTRL.GDC, complements ongoing initiatives, like The Video Game History Museum and The MADE Game History Exhibit
which will have both an in situ and an online component.
