Mikei Huang is a New York based UX/UI Designer + Game Developer interested in interactive media, mobile app development, game design, and creative coding. Winner of A&E History Design Jam Most Creative and Amazon Audible Hackathon Runner Up. His work has been exhibited at the Playcrafting NYC Expo, Different Games Conference, Game Devs of Color Expo, and Babycastles Gallery.
Huang's previous games include Gloryhole and Meat Boys. The former is a compilation of virtual reality micro games about anonymous sex in public lavatory stalls and adult video arcade booths which uses Oculus Rift and a dildo game controller:
Meat Boys is a cookery simulation-styled video game created to comment on the normalization of sexual objectification in gay culture. As he explains on his website, "Designed for the millennials who uses dating apps on a regular basis, the game’s main objective is to raise awareness on gay culture’s heavy emphasis on physical attractiveness"
