Anita Fontaine’s radical creations intersect art, fashion, advertising and technology. Celebrated as an artist, director and creative director, her work straddles virtual dimensions that verge on beauty and experimentation. Her future forward vision and hyper real aesthetic have evolved into a recognized brand, making her a favorite collaborator of Louis Vuitton, Diesel, MAC Cosmetics, Vice and Google. Hailing from Australia, Anita played in goth hop bands creating game art hacks while studying photography, film and video game design. Anita relocated to Canada in 2002 to become an artist in residence at the pioneering Banff New Media Institute, where she created digital art experiments for 3 years inside a magic mountain national park. She now lives and works in Amsterdam.

An official event of the XX1T Triennale International Exhibition. 21 Century. Design After Design , GAME VIDEO/ART. A SURVEY is the largest exhibition of digital game-based videos ever staged in Italy. Transforming the Open Space IULM 6 building of IULM University into a series of installations that immerse visitors in a landscape of pixels and polygons, GAME VIDEO/ART. A SURVEY brings together video works produced between 2006 and 2016 by thirty international artists working with video games.
Evento ufficiale della XXI Esposizione Internazionale della Triennale di Milano, XXI Century. Design After Design, GAME VIDEO/ART. A SURVEY è la più completa rassegna di installazioni videoludiche mai organizzata in Italia. Allestita nell’Open Space IULM 6 dell'università IULM di Milano dal 4 aprile al 31 luglio 2016, la mostra propone una selezione di opere realizzate da trenta artisti internazionali tra il 2006 e il 2016.
