Event: Lunarcade Shanghai/Indie Games Circus Exhibition (December 2-4 2011, Shanghai Theater Academy, Shanghai)
These are the games that will be on show at the next Lunarcade: Indie Games Circus event in Shanghai, China. From the December the 2nd to December the 4th, during the Global Education Conference On Creative Industries Shanghai the Shanghai Theater Academy invites you to play six of the most innovative games designed by independent developers from all over the world.

is a collective that promotes independent games: games with innovative aesthetics or interaction models, developed without the support of major publishers.During the year, LUNARCADE organizes two different kind of events:
“INDIE GAMES CIRCUS“, a game event in which a selection of indie games sharing specific aesthetics, interactivity or meaning is shown to the public.
“FACTORY”, workshops and game jams on specific themes.
The events are free and open to everyone: they aim at helping the community of game designers and authors to keep in touch, at bringing more people into the indie game culture and at helping those that want to approach indie game development.
LUNARCADE, in the spirit of other international events such as babycastles.com / kokoromi.org / winnitron.ca / handeyesociety.com / arsgames.net, wants to create an open space where developers come to show and share their own work: independent productions that are fun, clever and challenging aesthetic conventions. We’re always moving, so find out where we are and come to play games & listen to good music.
